205mm Kiritsuke Gyuto
I tapered this laminate during forging and then derived the S grind, so as to obtain the highest functionality and multitasking of this blade. As in traditional Japanese blades, we have a wedge in the heel and a razor in the tip.
The copper nickel strip between the core and the sides of this laminate adds chic and elegance.
I am sure that it will not only be pleasing to the eye, but will also meet the expectations of the chef!
The handle made by @wroan.custom.knives is a wonderful finish to this project! This custom form also looks great. And most importantly, it is comfortable and fully functional!
