SET 225mm Gyuto, 150mm Gyuto, 205mm Cleaver

I forged this set from scratch to achieve the best possible cutting edge combined with the elegance of pattern-welded damascus. For the creation of this set, I used @apexultrasteel steel with 15n20, which together (thanks to their varied hardness and properties) increase cutting aggression.

Once the blades were ready, it was time to choose the handles. There was no doubt! @wroan.custom.knives was chosen again. They were made from brass and ironwood.
